How Service Works (No Surprise Fees)

Tell us the brand/model and what the bike is doing. If it is a charging issue, bring the charger.

Inspect and Explain
We look it over, explain the likely cause, and tell you the next step. If something is not worth fixing, we will say so.

Approve Before We Start
You approve the work before we move forward. No surprise add-ons after the fact.

Pick Up and Ride
We review what was done and what to watch for. If you have questions later, you can call us.
Turnaround depends on the issue and parts availability. If timing matters, tell us when you call so we can set expectations.
